The staff are very helpfull. Can speak English good. Cheap prices around (food, fruits), because of the far location.
The location is very far from the center. It located between 4 & 5 th Ring roads. To get the subway station you need to take a bus first. So it takes about 40-60 minutes to go to the center.Rooms have enough space, but toilet & shower are tiny. Slow internet connection. Rooms are not clean enough.

the location is next to bus stop, and the staffs are friendly enough and have capability to speak English (it's not easy to find someone who could speak english in Beijing)
the staff complaint about our room which is very dirty. Since we stayed for 3 nights and 4 person in one room, i think it's very common if our room was dirty.

The staff is absolutely great! they all speak english and are very kind and helpfull, amasing! The price is so cheap but is nothing compared to what you get. It might seem a bit far from city center but its ubication gets you a good sight of the real Beijing.

Staff are friendly and most are able to speak in English, plus they were very helpful when I needed directions while traveling. The most important thing for me is that the apartment was a very safe place for me, they have plenty of staff around all day and the front desk was manned 24/7(Even when traveling out till late there will always be someone to open the apartment doors to let you in!). The staff were also very patient, though there was a little bit of a language barrier they were always happy to draw up a map or write out directions for the taxi in Chinese. Overall, I am a very happy traveller and would come back again!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean. We pay roughly $ 550 cny for 2 rooms for 2 nights (4 people). Price is good. Safe place to stay.
Our rooms are on the third floor with no elevator. We left our luggage by the reception area for 2 days. Breakfast not included. Make sure the water heater switch is on for 20 minutes before taking a shower.

Size of rooms, very near supermarket and bakery, extremely helpful and nice staff.
Very far from center of vtown but since transportation is so cheap it was convenient
